Initial assessment

Service Description

This assessment fee includes two appointments. The first appointment is where there will be a comprehensive review of your child. The second appointment is to review their plan of action based on their assessment. The plan of action appointment is where you will get a detailed list of the steps that need to be taken to identify potential root causes for your child's autism symptoms. You will also receive other recommendations for nutrition, lifestyle, referrals and testing. During this first assessment meeting we will review your child’s: medical history and medical concerns eating and activity habits education concerns social concerns lifestyle habits primitive reflexes current therapies in place any labs that have been performed other concerns or issues All appointments must be booked with 48 business hours from the time of scheduling the appointment
