Service Description

During this session we will review where we are in your plan of action and any barriers you are facing. We will review goals and close them out and set up new ones based on current status. This meeting may also be used to educate on nutrition and other lifestyle changes that pertain to your child. All appointments must be booked with 48 business hours from the time of scheduling the appointment
